RISE Certificate Program

Join us for the Robins Integrated Skills Experience (RISE) program. Led by expert facilitators over a series of six sessions, participants will develop crucial skills and practical tools and techniques to transform leadership behavior through engaging activities and hands-on learning. RISE helps new and emerging leaders maximize effectiveness and increase contribution to build their capabilities in leading people and organizations.

Participants will receive two one-hour coaching sessions during their time in the program.

Session 4 | Wednesday, February 26 - Executive Presence (Instructor: Randy Raggio)

Session 5 | Thursday, March 6 - Leading High-Performance Teams (Instructor: Karin Quinones)

Session 6 | Thursday, March 13 - Becoming a Strategic Thinker (Instructor: Doug Bosse)

Each session will be held from 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Robins School of Business on the University of Richmond campus. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. 

REGISTRATION FEE

Early registration fee: $1,950 by January 6, 2025

Registration fee after January 6, 2025: $2,250

Participants will receive 3.0 CEUs upon completion of the program.
