  • How do I register for a program?

    Select your preferred class from the open enrollment options, then complete the registration form on the program webpage. Once submitted, you will be prompted to complete your registration with payment information. 

    If you prefer, you can call our office at (804) 289-8019, and we will accept your verbal registration.

  • How far ahead should I register for a program?
    Registrations are accepted for programs until the class start date, as long as space in the class remains available. Programs that have reached maximum size are noted on our website. We accept registrations in the order that they are received for our wait list.
  • Do I need an undergraduate degree to take a class?
    Executive Education programs are open and available to everyone. You may, however, find the programs more valuable for you if you have several years of work experience.
  • When is my payment due?

    Payment is due prior to the start of the program. To discuss alternative payment options please call our office at (804) 289-8019.

  • What types of payment are accepted?
    We accept payment by check, electronic bank wire transfer, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and cash.
  • What is included in the program fee?
    The program fee includes program tuition, all written course materials, and any assessments/instruments or books required for the course. Light continental breakfast and lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments are included when programs are held on campus.
  • How do I get to campus?

    The University of Richmond is currently operating in Red Stage due to COVID-19 which precludes holding Executive Education programs on campus. When we return to the Green Stage, the following protocols will resume. Several weeks prior to the start of your program you will receive a welcome letter which will include area and campus maps and a parking permit.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Written requests for cancellation made more than 10 business days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund. Written requests for cancellation made 10 business days or less prior to the start of the program have two options:

    • Transfer to another program once per registration. The request must be prior to the start of the program.
    • Send a substitute to the program (written notice required, and substitute must register prior to program start).
  • What should I wear?
    Business casual dress is appropriate. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for the 5 – 10 minute walk to the Heilman Dining Center for lunch.
