Tom is a business advisor and coach who previously served as an MBA Executive in Residence and presently as an executive and coach and consultant for Executive Education for The Robins School of Business. Tom leverages his extensive business experience to provide a shorter path to success and prosperity for leaders and ultimately their organizations. Through consultation and coaching, particularly at the emerging leader level, he helps to identify and resolve the toughest challenges related to managing and leading people.
Tom has served in a leadership capacity for both private and publicly held organizations. As a Senior Executive, he built a reputation for successfully navigating uncertainty and leading organizations through major transformational change. During a career that spanned 35 years, Tom gained experience in many facets of a business ranging from sales and marketing, to finance and operations. Prior to joining the Robins School, Tom served as a Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison, the world’s largest provider of career development and transition services.
