The Mini MBA Certificate Program

Attend an Information Session

The Mini MBA is an intensive 14-week program that provides a practical foundation in current business practices through interactive class sessions, case studies and other readings, and problem-solving exercises. Once-a-week classes are taught by the same faculty who teach in Richmond’s MBA program, making it ideal for professionals wanting to broaden their business acumen and enhance their career potential.

Each student will have an opportunity to schedule monthly meetings with professional coaches who will be available to assist with questions related to careers, managing others, running a business or department, and more.

The program partners with notable organizations for students to apply what they learn as they explore a live case study.

Students have appreciated the relevance of these classes to their jobs, and find them immediately applicable to day-to-day management and informed decision-making.

Past participants have high praise for their classmates who are similarly motivated and from a large variety of industries and organizations. They highly value the growth of their professional network with classmates and instructors.

Individual courses include marketing, accounting, finance, organizational behavior, operations, strategy, leadership, economics, data analytics, and negotiations.
